Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 7, 2026

We at MarketPoint360 are working to make our site www.marketpoint360.com accessible to people with disabilities.

1. Our Commitment

MarketPoint360 is committed to ensuring our website and Service are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that digital accessibility is a right, not a feature, and we strive to provide an inclusive experience for all users regardless of ability, assistive technology, or browsing environment.

We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

2. Scope

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also [remove irrelevant information]:

  • Our web-based application and customer portal

  • Mobile applications published by MarketPoint360

  • Documentation, help center, and support content

  • Communications and marketing materials published digitally

Third-party tools or services embedded in our platform (e.g., payment processors, chat widgets) may be governed by their own accessibility policies. We work to select vendors that share our commitment to accessibility.

3. Standards and Guidelines

Our accessibility efforts are guided by:

  • WCAG 2.2, Level AA — our primary conformance target

  • ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) — for dynamic and interactive content

  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (for U.S. federal contexts)

  • EN 301 549 — European accessibility standard for ICT products and services

  • ADA Title III — Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for digital services

We aim to meet or exceed these standards across our platform.

4. Key Accessibility Features

We have implemented or are actively working toward the following accessibility features:

4.1 Visual

  • Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)

  • Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

  • No content relies solely on color to convey information

  • All images, icons, and graphics include descriptive alternative text

  • Support for high-contrast and dark modes

4.2 Keyboard and Motor

  • Full keyboard navigability throughout the interface (no mouse required)

  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements

  • No keyboard traps — users can always navigate away from any component

  • Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content

  • Sufficient click/touch target sizes (minimum 24×24 px, targeting 44×44 px)

4.3 Screen Readers and Assistive Technology

  • Semantic HTML used throughout for meaningful structure

  • ARIA landmarks, roles, and labels on dynamic content

  • Form fields paired with visible, programmatic labels

  • Error messages clearly associated with their form fields

  • Tested with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack

4.4 Cognitive and Readability

  • Clear, plain language used in interface copy and documentation

  • Consistent navigation and layout across pages

  • Adequate time limits with options to extend or disable where applicable

  • No content that flashes more than 3 times per second (seizure safety)

  • Logical, predictable page structure with descriptive headings

4.5 Audio and Video

  • Captions provided for all pre-recorded video content

  • Transcripts available for audio-only content

  • Audio descriptions for video content where visual information is not conveyed in the audio track

  • No auto-playing media with sound

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our Service may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party embeds: Some third-party widgets may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We are working with those vendors to address gaps.

We are actively tracking and remediating these issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us (see Section 8).

6. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Service is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

We test regularly across these combinations and prioritize fixes for supported environments.

Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing commitment. Our current efforts include:

  • Regular audits: We conduct internal accessibility audits on a quarterly basis and engage third-party auditors annually.

  • User testing: We include people with disabilities in our usability testing cycles.

  • Team training: Our design, engineering, and content teams receive regular accessibility training.
